Seeding & Potting

Symbolic of new beginnings, this humbling experience helps to ground team members, and it demonstrates the importance of patience. This activity is great for new teams who are learning how to grow together, and for older teams who need to rekindle a kindness that is often lost with time and stress.

Rural Games

Reminiscent of childhood days, these simple free-hearted activities help to reduce anxiety and stress. They also encourage people to let their walls down and interact with each other on a more personal level.

A great Icebreaker, and a just as great evening bonding experience, storytelling has always been a tool to bring people closer together. Since we are using this activity to create a comfortable working relationships, we have implemented ways to make it less stressful for those who are reserved by playing story games such as: ‘Two Truths and a Lie’ and ‘Word Story’

Nature Walks

A deeply relaxing activity, nature walks, especially in a new setting, help to create pleasing and calming memories - this is especially useful for teams that are already experiencing conflict.

The Rural Experience

Farming, bullock cart rides, cow feeding, amongst a whole lot more – these are just a few activities that are part of the everyday life of a villager. Created to remind people of a simple time, and to show how we often overcomplicate our lives (and our relationships as well), these humbling activities are great to help teach patience and compassion.

Competitive Games

Various types of races, tug-of-war, scavenger hunts, map and compass reading, are all activities that are great for encouraging productive workings within groups.
